Complex Civil Litigation

Litigation is a big part of what I do. I have been litigating for as long as I have been a lawyer. I handle cases in both state and federal court with a focus on federal litigation. I don't limit my litigation practice to any specific type of case; I prefer instead to take a holistic viewpoint that lawyers are meant to litigate cases that appeal to them.

Cases I Litigate:

  • Commercial disputes;
  • Contract performance and payment disputes;
  • Business separation disputes;
  • Employment discrimination cases;
  • Wage & hour disputes;
  • Copyright infringement;
  • Trademark infringement;
  • Licensing disputes;
  • ERISA benefit disputes;
  • Insurance coverage disputes;
  • Construction defect and performance matters;
  • Real estate, zoning, and tenancy disputes;
  • Probate, trust, and estate disputes;
  • Medicaid denial matters;
  • Contested divorce and family law matters; and
  • Consumer rights cases, including cases under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other deceptive trade practices cases.
